A: Our factory is located in Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, China.

A: We pack our bikes/scooter in cardboard boxes.

Carton Size: 127cm*21cm*64cm.One bike/scooter into per carton.
Q. 3: What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q. 4: Can I get a sample and how long will it take?

A: Yes. We can supply samples. But the buyer pays for the sample and freight. within 7days after receiving the payment, we will send it out.

Q. 5: Can I mix different models in one container?

A: Yes. Different models can be mixed in one container.

Q. 6: What's the after-sale warranty?

A: Our products are 1 years warranty except for man-made damage
